German Chocolate Cake
Our German Chocolate Cake has three layers of chocolate sponge cake filled with sweet filling laced with coconut and pecans, iced with chocolate buttercream on the sides and topped with coconut pecan filling.
French Boule
We employ the long fermentation process for our French breads, which gives the bread time to develop its full “strength” and adds an incredible full flavor. The absence of fat in our French creates a thin, crisp crust.
Diplomat Pastries
Our diplomat pastries are made with two layers of flaky pastry, sponge cake and vanilla cream madame.
Chocolate Mousse
Our smooth, creamy chocolate mousse is made with the highest quality chocolate and the freshest dairy products. Our individual chocolate mousse cups are both elegant and decadent and an ideal choice for the next time you entertain.
