We always provide a small cake for you to sample just prior to your wedding, so you will know exactly how your cake will taste.

Basilic ~ Starting with our chocolate mousse cake, we add a raspberry puree filling for a classic flavor combination. $4.00 per serving.		Chocolate Mousse Cake ~ A rich chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse filling. If you prefer, a yellow or marble sponge can be substituted for chocolate. $4.00 per serving.
Gianduja ~ Starting with a rich chocolate sponge cake, we make a delicious milk chocolate and hazelnut mousse filling iced with butter cream. $4.00 per serving.		Grand Marnier ~ We bake a orange flavored sponge cake and fill it with a real Grand Marnier whipped cream. Then ice with a Grand Marnier butter cream. $4.00 per serving.
Lemon Cream Cake ~ We take a yellow sponge infused with fresh lemon zest, and layered with fresh made lemon curd and whipped cream. $4.00 per serving.		Raspberry and Cream ~ Our single most popular wedding cake. Your choice of fresh sponge cake with a raspberry puree and fresh whipped cream filling iced in vanilla butter cream frosting $4.00 per serving.
Strawberries and Cream ~ Using a yellow sponge and hundreds of fresh sliced strawberries then layered with farm fresh whipped cream. A delicious dessert that looks like a beautiful wedding cake but eats like strawberry short cake. $4.00 per serving.		Ultimate Almond Cake ~ Most people feel this is our finest wedding cake. We bake a rich almond butter cake, then prepare a cooked fruit and farmers cheese filling. Then ice the cake in butter cream frosting. $4.50 per serving.

We can bake and decorate any style or flavor cake you desire. If you want for an additional fee choose fresh flowers from your florist or Butter cream, Marzipan or Pulled Sugar flowers. We will even hand deliver your wedding cake depending upon the location of your wedding reception, we may request a modest delivery fee.
